Blog Policies
- This blog is a member benefit of the Broward County Bar Association, and will favor members and elected officials in the articles and news published
- The blog is administered by the Social Media subcommittee of the BCBA Publicity Committee, under the direction of the BCBA Board of Directors. Send blog submissions to Margaret Grisdela at mg@legalexpertconnections.com.
- The blog is moderated and all submissions are reviewed by the BCBA or a designated BCBA agent prior to posting
- Most blog submissions will be posted within 24 hours of receipt during normal business hours, although there may be exceptions
- Anonymous submissions are not accepted
- The BCBA reserves the right to remove blog posts if they are found by members to be objectionable
- Guest columns are accepted on a space-available basis. Columnists may provide a 1-2 sentence “About the Author” section at the end of a column, including a link to the attorney’s email or web site.
- News of BCBA Section members and activities is encouraged.
- The spirit of the BCBA’s Standards of Professional Courtesy apply to blog communications (http://www.browardbar.org/professionalcourtesy.html)
